Beat the Heat:

With temperature and humidity rising, the likelihood of heat exhaustion or heat stroke increase. When body cooling mechanism gets over burdened health problems germane to heat illness begin. Body requires more water to prevent dehydration.
So drink more fluids and avoid liquids that contain caffeine, alcohol or large amount of sugar. Fuit juices are best recommended. Colorful summer fruits are high in anti-oxidants, which may help slow down the aging process and improve memory.
Wear light weight and light colored clothes with loose fitting and limit the field activities to morning or evening hours as it is much cooler outside at that time.
